What you’ll need
- ½ tablespoon
- Glass bowl (small)
- 6 strawberries (ripe)
- 1 ½ tablespoons pure honey
- ½ tablespoons of rice flour
- 1 drop German chamomile essential oil
- Blend the six strawberries and honey on high for one minute or until well blended
- Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl. Add the German chamomile essential oil to the mixture and stir until well combined.
